Finding Broken Shortcuts on Your PC

Broken shortcuts tend to occur more frequently in the Windows Start menu and on the Windows desktop because programs are uninstalled and folders and files are moved or removed.

To locate broken shortcuts on your PC:

1       On the Fix & Maintain tab, click Broken Shortcut Cleaner.

2       Click Normal.

3       Choose the drives you want to scan and click Scan Now.

4       When the list of broken shortcut appears, select the shortcuts you want to remove.
