Each time Startup Commander starts, it creates a backup of the startup items. Startup Commander also creates a restore point after each change you make to the startup items. If you need to return to an earlier startup item configuration, you can choose the checkpoint and Startup Commander restores that startup list.
To restore startup items from a backup:
1 On the Optimize tab, click Startup Commander.
2 Open the File menu and choose from the following:
§ To restore the previous startup settings, choose Restore previous.
§ To restore startup settings for a specific checkpoint, or date, choose Restore backup.
