Defragmenting the Registry

The registry is a database in the Windows operating system that stores configuration information for users, programs, and hardware devices. Your computer accesses it frequently to add and update data. Over time, the registry develops gaps and randomly-placed registry entries. Registry Defrag defragments the registry by reorganizing the registry to remove and reorder the entries.
