You can use Rescue Disk to edit the time zone in which your computer resides and the language for your operating system. Make sure that you select the correct time zone and language.
To edit computer regional settings using Rescue Disk:
1 From the Avanquest Start menu, choose Settings, then Regional.
2 From the Select time zone list, select your time zone.
3 From the OS Language list, select the operating system display language.
4 Click Finish.
